    One crucial lesson I've learned about setting effective OKRs is the importance of focusing on outcomes rather than outputs.

    Early in my career, I often made the mistake of creating OKRs that were essentially a list of tasks or projects to complete. While these were easy to measure, they didn't necessarily drive meaningful impact or align with broader organizational goals.

    One thing that I have understood about OKRs better that I want to share is that one has to set the goals right—with enough challenge but also enough possibility to achieve them. At some point, I used to set general or unattainable goals in my projects.
